15 hours universal funding

All 3 and 4 year old children are entitled to 15 hours universal funding per week. We offer this as

5 morning or 5 afternoon sessions of 3 hours each. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer

‘choose your own’ sessions.

30 hours extended funding

When both parents, or single parent, in the household work at least 16 hours per week and earn the National minimum wage/ living wage then a further 15 hours of funding per week is available (30 hours extended entitlement). This funding can only be applied for by the parents. You can check your eligibility and make an application at:

If your application is successful you will be issued with a unique code. Please bring your code to the school office. Eligibility for the funding does not guarantee you a place. When a parent ceases to meet the eligibility criteria for a funded place under the 30 hours entitlement, their child’s place will continue to be funded during a grace period to be discussed with the school. At the end of the grace period, if the parent’s eligibility can no longer be confirmed the parent will still be able to access the 15 hours universal free early years funding, but the additional 15 hours will be withdrawn. You will receive an email to renew your application every 3 months and it is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that this is done.

All fees are payable online. Additional 15 hours sessions need to be booked and paid for, in full, in advance, on a half termly basis.
